Digital products, once downloaded or accessed, are non-refundable due to their intangible nature.

For monthly subscribers: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations made within the first 5 days of the billing cycle are eligible for a full refund. After 5 days, no refunds will be provided, but the service will remain active until the end of the paid period.
